Polpo del Mediterraneo – Mediterranean octopus, caponata, N’duja romesco

 Radicchi misti – Trio of radicchios, romaine hearts, shaved Asian pears, citrus vinaigrette

Animelle Di Vitello –  Veal sweet breads, black garlic~celery root puree,

Gnocchi – Chestnut gnocchi, porcini ragu, sage

Agnolotti – Confit Rohan duck & brie cheese filled ravioli, foie gras~marsala sauce, savory                                 

Pici – Hand rolled thick spaghetti, red wine braised cuttlefish, PEI mussels, bottarga di muggine

Risotto – Risotto with Maine lobster, basil and fresh ricotta
